|Recommended: YesLove the complex and Love Jim! — I would tell them that it's a fantastic place to live, great location, great staff and great service. The only real issue is the parking! It never used to be a problem, so maybe more apartments are currently filled than usual, or maybe there are more than 2 cars per apartment right now. I realize it would be a pain to execute, but i would not be opposed to assigned parking!

Regarding ratings below- In the past year parking has gotten scarce. The first 3 1/2 years I lived at VA, it was never a problem. Not sure why its happened, just an observation.
Also, the noise question was slightly confusing, so I wanted to clarify. Our upstairs neighbors are either incredibly loud, or the building is just old and that's the nature of the beast! Not a huge issue!
|Recommended: YesVilla Adrian is a very comfortable place to live. — The grounds are obviously kept up. The management is responsive and professional. The complex is quiet and the neigbors are pleasant.
|Recommended: YesExcellent management, nice neighbors, good location — The management is very responsive if you have a problem. They do a good job of screening tenants because everyone is very nice and cordial. The property is well kept.
